Shipping & Returns



Thank you for shopping with Alizari, my botanical atêlier where I create one-of-a-kind pieces on natural fibres exclusively with colours from nature. Thank you for being here and for supporting my work, I wish you enjoy your pieces as much as I have enjoyed creating them.



All ready-to-ship items will be shipped within a maximum period of one week.  The shipping is standard for all orders, thus it will take between 48-72h for your parcel to arrive home once delivered to the carrier. Parcels are delivered to the home address and a signature is required. There are two attempts at home delivery. Afterwards the package will be kept at the post office for 15 days. You will be notified by a letter in your mailbox when and where you can pick it up. 
Alizari cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during transport.
* In a normal basis I send packages once a week, but in special occasions (Christmas, mother's day...) I will consider to send orders twice a week.
*In the case of a customised dyeing and printing order, we will discuss in advance the delivery period of the items.



The atêlier is located in Cambre, A Coruña. If you live in the area of A Coruña or surroundings and you prefer to pick up your order in person, please send me an email or private message BEFORE your purchase so we can agree on the date and method of delivery. Once confirmed with me, please select "pick up" during the checkout process and I will contact you when the order is ready to be delivered.


As these are unique and exclusive pieces, Alizari does NOT accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-ship pieces or custom orders for the dyeing and printing service. I do invest in quality photos so you can get a good idea of what the pieces look like.

Even so, please bear in mind that there may be small differences between photos and real colours. All uniques pieces are made by hand so you may find some irregularities that characterise handcrafted work.

If you receive your order and it shows any damage or defect not caused by the shipment, please contact me within 3-4 days after receiving the item and I will try to solve it as far as possible.
